The Open House at Human Capital Solutions December 6th, 2008

Last Friday’s Open House and holiday gathering at the new offices of Human Capital Solutions, Inc. at 6317 Oleander Drive was a rousing success with lots of great food, an art show, entertainment, and stimulating conversation for the many who were in attendance. It was the best holiday bash we’ve ever hosted, so for those who missed it, we hope you’ll be available to join us May first for our spring version. Inclusion and Diversity Placement November 24th, 2008

HCS is pleased to announce that one of the world’s largest utility companies has just selected and hired their Vice President of Inclusion and Diversity. HCS was awarded the search after the company upgraded the position from Director to Vice President in September. The client interviewed five candidates before making an offer and receiving acceptance in early November.

The Continued Growth of Human Capital Solutions November 15th, 2008

Due to an increasing number of multi-national business clients relying on Human Capital Solutions, Inc. (HCS) as their preferred provider of talent and recruiting solutions, on November seventh HCS moved and relocated from 330 Military Cutoff Road to new corporate offices at 6317 Oleander Drive also located in Wilmington, NC.

In addition, HCS has been in merger talks with another North Carolina executive search firm since September. Both parties expect this deal to close January 1, 2009. With the advent of a merger and acquisition transaction, HCS will engage eleven associates at its newly up-fitted 5,300 square foot office and relates its success to their long history of consistent positive financial results achieved for their clients, their internal and externally placed talent, their technology, their methodology, and their proprietary tools.
