Human Capital Solutions, Inc. would like to welcome a new member to our consulting team! Jill Hohwald joins HCS as a recent Graduate of the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington. With a background in Production and Operations Management, she is currently concentrating on establishing high quality systems and standard operating procedures for some of Wilmington’s fastest growing Construction and Real Estate firms. We are eager to see what Jill’s diverse skill set will offer to HCS and Wilmington businesses alike.

(HCS) attended and participated in The Coastal Entrepreneurial Development’s 15th annual BioTech Conference, Fusing Science, Technology and Industry Leadership, in Winston Salem on May the 22nd and 23rd. With speakers ranging from Richard Reich, PhD of the NC Dept. of Agriculture to Ira Flatow of NPR’s Talk of the Nation, this conference was an opportunity to enlighten the nearly 850 participants about various aspects of the biotech industry and how it will favorably impact North Carolina, and the world’s future.

Joan Gray, SPHR, a Senior Human Resources Consultant with HCS, has over 15 years of human resources experience in various industries including manufacturing, service, distribution, and banking. Karen Foster is a Senior Consultant and Executive Recruiter, she possesses over 23 years of industry experience in lean manufacturing, new technology innovation and development, and organizational efficiency. Annie Williford, a Human Resources Associate with HCS, is a newly established UNCW Alumni and serves as the HCS Corporate Human Resources Coordinator.

In addition to adding employees, HCS is proud to announce Frances Nunnally, Randall Johnson and Charles Buckland have joined the HCS team as private contractors.

Frances is a Senior Human Resources Consultant and experienced Career Transition Advisor for HCS has over 10 years of progressive experience in the banking and finance industry. Randall Johnson is a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in entrepreneurial development, local and regional economic development, and opportunity-driven business plan creation. Charles Buckland a Senior Consultant, and Chartered Accountant (European CPA) posesses over 12 years experience with the “big four” accounting firms.
