Human Capital Solutions, Inc. and Alatheia US Ltd., a venture of the UK-based Unilever Group, partnered to fill two of Alatheia’s most instrumental positions. These roles will play a pivotal role in achieving the start-up’s business plan. Human Capital Solutions began and completed the two searches in record time, three times faster than the average executive search length. This Unilever venture is producing and selling medical electronic devices that are compatible with MRI machines for neurological research and eventually for clinical applications. This neurological breakthrough will potentially diagnose and help create and customize treatments for neurological maladies, such as epilepsy, sleep disorders, etc. With HCS executive search assistance, Alatheia added to its staff: Steve Sheehan as VP of Sales and Marketing and Kimberley Newman as Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance. Filling these two positions brings Alatheia and the Unilever Group two steps closer to achieving worldwide acknowledgement of this revolutionary new technology.
